Biography
Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, MC Lil Cray achieved sudden prominence in late 2015 with “Kyrie Irving,” a track he quickly wrote and posted as a favor for an acquaintance. Earlier the Cleveland native had already released several mixtapes and singles. When his associate Reese requested mentions in a pair of recordings, Lil Cray complied by uploading four tracks, one of which was “Kyrie Irving.” The song caught on, prompting the eOne label to issue an official version in early 2016.
