Bhadboi OML channels yearning vocals and luminous, high-energy beats into a contemporary Nigerian sound rooted in the Afrobeat legacy of Fela Kuti. Following the traction gained by early tracks such as “Product of Adam” and “Goodness,” the artist unveiled his first EP, Bhadriyun, in 2023. The following year brought further solo releases including “Owereke” alongside joint efforts with Cazulee.

Born Akinyinka Kuham Oladimeji on February 19, 2000, in Lagos’s Mushin district, he adopted the moniker Bhadboi OML and cultivated a style that respects the propulsive rhythms of Afrobeat’s founding figure while blending them with polished Afropop production. Audience growth began in 2021 through numbers like “Damages Cover” and “Product of Adam.” Over the ensuing two years he explored contrasting moods, moving from the sleek club cut “My Party” with Superwozzy to the inspirational single “Goodness.” Under the Nigerian imprint Dvpper Music he issued the seven-track project Bhadriyun, led by the breakout song “Shkran Lak.” In 2024 he linked with Dreez MaliQ, Bob blaq, and Cazulee while placing “Owereke” on a deluxe edition of the same EP.
