Justin Caruso crafts dance productions and remixes that dwell in the brighter, melody-driven corners of EDM and progressive house. His first appearance on the Billboard dance chart came in 2014 via the track "Satellite," after which he gained recognition through reworkings for acts such as X Ambassadors and Oliver Heldens alongside joint projects with Tiësto and 3LAU.

Born in Los Angeles, Caruso started circulating his luminous takes on material from Zedd, Justin Bieber, and the Who while still a student in the middle of the decade. The single "Satellite," created with Audé and featuring Christine Novelli, climbed to number 11 on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart that same year. Several of his 2016 remixes, among them a version of X Ambassadors’ “Unsteady,” achieved widespread streaming traction across platforms, prompting the 2017 originals “Talk About Me” with Victoria Zaro and “Caving” with James Droll on Warner Dance Labels. Increasing studio demand coincided with his 2018 graduation from USC; that year also brought “More Than a Stranger” featuring Cappa and Ryan Hicari into the Top 20 of the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart. Additional 2018 releases included the Big Beat Records collaboration “Don’t Know You” with Jake Miller and a remix of Oliver Heldens’ “Fire in My Soul” featuring Shungudzo that closed out the year.

Caruso soon partnered with Tiësto on “Feels So Good” featuring Kelli-Leigh, which surfaced on Musical Freedom Records in 2019. Further streaming highlights that year included the Armada Music single “Better with You,” credited to Caruso and 3LAU with Iselin, plus his own “Good Parts” featuring Mædi.
