Biography
David Keiffer and Joe Griffith—performing as Joe Femi—form the duo Life of Dillon, a project the pair has labeled acoustic house and alternative pop. Although the musicians had been friends since high school, the act itself only came together in late 2014. After signing with Disruptor, an Epic imprint, and adding Joe’s brother Robert for a brief stint, Life of Dillon issued its first music in 2015: the anthemic single “Overload,” which also served as the opening track of the Prologue EP. The release was followed by a North American tour supporting Charlie Puth and Meghan Trainor. In 2016 Keiffer and Joe relocated to Los Angeles, continuing onward as a duo while spending several months shaping new songs. Early 2017 brought the strummy and breezy single “Sex for Breakfast,” their initial move toward completing a full-length debut.
